Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Fat Loss OS (“the Service”). By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What the Service is
Fat Loss OS is a web application that estimates nutrition targets, builds weekly meal plans and grocery lists, records what you log, and shows you your progress. It is a planning and tracking tool.
It is not medical advice. Calorie, macronutrient and body-weight figures are estimates produced from the information you enter and from published formulas. They are general information, not a diagnosis, treatment or prescription. Talk to a qualified professional about your health before changing how you eat — especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under 18, have a medical condition, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating.
Your account
- You need a working email address. We sign you in with a one-time link or with Google; there is no password.
- Keep access to your email account secure — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
- An account is for one person. Do not share it or resell access.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Wrong inputs produce wrong estimates.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting it removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Plans and payment
- The free plan gives you your targets, daily tracking, your progress trend and a limited preview of the rest.
- The Starter Kit is a one-time purchase of $39. It does not expire.
- Fat Loss OS+ is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly, and renews until you cancel it.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and is the seller of the product. Paddle handles the payment, taxes and receipts, and appears on your statement. Prices are shown before you pay. Access is granted by our servers once Paddle confirms the payment.
You can cancel a subscription at any time; you will not be charged again and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse engineer the Service, or to access other people's data.
- Do not copy or redistribute the recipes, plans or other content as your own product.
- Do not use the Service to give others individual medical or nutritional advice.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell paying customers by email.
Ending access
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used fraudulently, or is the subject of a chargeback. If we close a paid account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of a subscription.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and we will note material changes to paying customers by email before they take effect.
